The predecessor of Shanghai institute of space propulsion, the 21st institute of the second academy of aerospace engineering, was founded in Beijing and moved to Shanghai to start the start-up of rocket engine design and development. It is the institute with the widest coverage of domestic space propulsion products, and all the products participating in the launch have achieved 100% success.
